Speaking during the International Trade committee meeting on the 25th April 2012, David Campbell Bannerman MEP warned that the devil is in the detail – and ACTA is very poor on the detail. The MEP went on to say that many people in his Eastern counties constituency wanted much better protection for their IP rights but were very unconvinced that ACTA would provide that security.
