Speaking on Radio Four’s ‘World At One’ on the 20th September 2012, David Campbell Bannerman MEP observed that UKIP is merely a pressure group which is not serious about proper policies.  He went on to say that ‘without policies, they won’t get MPs.  Without MPs, there won’t be an EU Referendum. ‘

David Campbell Bannerman finished by saying that the only party which can deliver an EU Referendum are the Conservatives.
